The elevator reeked of skunk, some rooms had broken amenities, power outage caused major inconvenience!!! Cleanliness and security are significant concerns that need serious attention!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Comfort Inn & Suites Airport-American Way. The spacious rooms were perfect for our family, featuring cozy beds and a flat-screen TV, which was a hit with the kids! The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home.

The sign said 6-10 AM, but they started cleaning up around 8:30, which felt rushed. I missed out on some items because I got there toward the end. Also, I faced an issue with the air conditioning. it was either too cold or not cool enough, which made it uncomfortable at times. Lastly, I noticed some stains on the carpet and the bathroom could use a deep clean. Overall, it was decent but definitely needs some attention to cleanliness and balancing the service hours better.

The bed was comfiest ever, really helped me unwind after a long day! 🍃 Only downside was the breakfast options were kinda limited. but overall, I felt relaxed and happy during my stay.
